What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund of deposits booked through our site up to 10 days before the scheduled procedure date. If canceled within 3 days of the scheduled procedure date, a 50% refund of your deposit paid will be provided. Any cancellation up to 3 days before your scheduled procedure date, your deposit becomes non-refundable except in circumstances in which a medical provider determines you are no longer able to or are viable for the procedure. How do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is paid directly to the medical provider upon arrival at the clinic or hospital. The provider may require only cash payments or may accept cards and installments. The payment method of the remaining balance is at the discretion of the medical provider, so it is important to ask your provider via your patient portal prior to arrival.

I can’t afford a really important surgery, do you give discounts?

In some cases, we can work with special medical providers to reduce the cost of life-saving, necessary medical care. Contact us for further information.
